When/
Why We Breed
We are in Siberian
Huskies to breed to the Breed Standard and NOT
to turn the Siberian Husky into some kind of PRETTY BARBIE!!!
The Siberian Husky apart from being graceful and elegant must be
able to achieve what it was originally bred to do. Which is to move!
When we breed we dont just breed to win in the show ring. We breed
to conform to the Breed Standard, as closely as is possible.
We believe in "Form
Follows Function" breeding carefully
to keep the attributes a Siberian
Husky needs to perform as a working sled dog.
We breed for ourselves and NOT
for quantity over quality.
All of our dogs are Hip and Eye scored (including Goinoscopy)
before we Breed to ensure
they are all genetically healthy and have no Hereditary Diseases.
Warning!!!
We strongly
recommend that you research the Siberian
Husky as thoroughly as possible, as Siberian Husky are NOT
for everyone.
It is our firm belief that you MUST
be comfortable with the person you are dealing with when purchasing
a dog. As you are buying not just a puppy, but a relationship with
the breeder for the life time of that dog.
Do your homework on finding that Responsible Breeder who will be
there for you and your Dog.
If you come across a Breeder of Siberian Huskies that advertise
a "RARE" color, eye color,
etc. And they are asking for a higher price then what they are selling
the other puppies for, then you are leaving yourself open for a
potentially unpleasant experience.
A Responsible Breeder doesn't have multiple prices on the puppies
out of one litter, they will have two prices. One for Show Puppies
and one for Pet Puppies.
Show Puppies are for people
who intend on Breeding and Showing.
Pet Puppies are for people who are looking for a loveable Pet that
they can spoil and enjoy.
A Responsible Breeder isnt someone that has a dog or two or even
more, that hits the Show Ring. It is defined by the clubs they belong
to, the educational functions they attend to learn the craft of
breeding better dogs.
It's defined by the health tests they do to protect their Kennel
and the Breed. In helping the person who is looking for that new
"Best Friend" to share their homes and life with.
A Responsible Breeder should give you references to check on us!
They should give you names to call of people they have sold to,
both pet and show prospect owners, who have dealt with the Breeder
and can tell you the best and worse about their experiences with
them.
At the end of the day it also comes down to having a bit of common
sense.
Be careful as there are a lot of people out there who just want
to rip you off, and not even bother about trying to help you or
your new best mate if something goes wrong!

They have arrived!!!
